Form 4136

Description

Is used to claim a tax credit for Federal excise tax paid on fuels sold or used during the period of the claim. Generally, the credit is claimed for fuel used for farming purposes or for off-highway business use (business use other than in a highway vehicle required to be registered for highway use).
