Form 1045

Description

Is used to apply for a quick refund of taxes from the carryback of a net operating loss (NOL) or an unused general business credit. NOL's can be carried back 2 years to claim a refund of taxes paid in the previous 2 years. Any remaining NOL can be carried forward.
